1. Where do you ship from and which countries do you ship to?

We ship from China and these are the places that we can ship to (We suggest you to use search function):

2. Where can I track my order?

Depending on the service used to ship your order, you may get a tracking number to follow your order closely. If a tracking number is provided, https://t.17track.net/ will provide you tracking for all the shipping carriers we utilize. We've added the easy-tracking plugin at the footer menu.
And for tracking numbers started with DD, the only way now to track it is through WeChat mini program. You can now contact with support@gkloot.com for more information about your tracking details, and we'll improve the way to make it more convenience!

3. What shipping methods do we use?

Air shipping: The delivery time normally takes 10–20 days, and the shipping fee is a bit high.

China Post: The delivery time normally takes 1–3 months, shipping will be slow, but the price will be cheap, and the tracking may stop updating before it lands. We recommend Asian and European countries to use this channel.

EMS: The delivery time normally takes about 1 month, the service of the dispatcher is good, but the price will be more expensive.

Sea Shipping: The delivery time normally takes 1–2 months, no updates can be tracked, but we will provide information for the ship's boarding, arrival and delivery, recommended for Australian buyers.

DHL: The delivery time normally takes less than 7 days. Shipping costs are 2–3 times that of ordinary shipping methods.

We will provide you with the most suitable transportation plan, if you have designated logistics, please let us know, we will try our best to help you!

4. What if the tracking gets alert?

There are several situations. No updates, return to us, or shows delivered, but you didn't get it. Feel free to contact us if anything happens, we'll contact with the shipping company for more information! You can also contact your local post office once it’s in your country for more info.

5. Will there be taxes for the packages?

For United States buyers, there will be no tax at all. Sweet

For EU countries buyers, there is a very small probability that the package will be taxed.

For other countries (Canada, Peru, UK etc.) We'll declare a low value for the package to lower the chance for you to get taxed for importing goods.

If your tracking number starts with CY, customs authorities may randomly inspect parcels and may charge additional taxes or fees in accordance with their regulations. We kindly request that our customers be aware of this potential additional cost when placing orders for larger items.
